Before you start
Certain health conditions may affect whether treatment is appropriate. Tell your provider about your complete medical history, including:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active malignancy or a relevant history
This is not a complete list. Other medical conditions and medications will be reviewed during your consultation.
Some treatments may be used off-label. Your provider will discuss this before treatment.
Questions
Which peptide should I ask for?
You do not have to pick one. Tell us what you are after: steadier energy, recovery, metabolic health, sleep. At the consultation you will hear what is available for that and what it involves.
Are these FDA-approved for what I want them for?
Some are used off-label, meaning they are prescribed for a purpose the FDA label does not cover. Your provider will tell you when that applies to what is being recommended, and specific written consent may be required before you start.
What are the risks?
The ones reported most with peptide therapy are fluid retention, joint aches, mood changes and flushing. Anything injectable can also cause redness or irritation where it goes in. You will hear the risks for the specific protocol before you agree to it.
Is everything always in stock?
No. Availability moves with the pharmacy and the state, so what is possible today is confirmed during your consultation.
